Ann Guilford

Ann Guilford, MBA, currently serves as the Director of the T-Mobile Business Group since September 2024 and is an Insider Member of the Chief of Staff Network. Ann co-founded the Chief of Staff Roundtable from August 2022 until September 2024. Prior to T-Mobile, Ann had an extensive tenure at Expedia Group from 2008 to 2024, holding various director roles focused on digital service strategies, continuous improvement, service transformation, and global operations, all aimed at enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth. Ann's earlier experience includes senior positions at AT&T Wireless and Cingular Wireless, where significant projects involved the launch of the 3G network and the development of global partnerships. Ann began the professional journey at McCaw Cellular, leading product development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University.
