Cameron Janes

Cameron Janes is an accomplished retail and operations executive with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Retail at T-Mobile since August 2025 and as a Board Member for the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust since September 2023, Janes previously held key leadership roles at REI, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing omni-channel customer experience and operations. Prior to REI, Janes spent nearly 15 years at Amazon, progressing through several Vice President positions focused on physical retail, product management, and digital video. Early career experience includes roles at Walmart.com, Siebel Systems, Sapient, and Andersen Consulting. Janes holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Brown University.
