Cathy Swanton has extensive experience in sales enablement and operations, currently serving at T-Mobile since April 2020. Previously, Cathy held various roles at Sprint since July 1999, including Sales Project/Program Manager, where leadership involved managing a team of eight Sales Coordinators to meet sales objectives across multiple sectors, and Sales Operations Supervisor, focusing on productivity and churn reduction for local sales teams. Other roles at Sprint included Sales Operations Specialist III, Sales Analyst, and Executive Assistant/Office Services Supervisor, contributing to sales performance analysis and support. Cathy's earlier career includes teaching roles at the Madison School District and The Pines Residential Treatment Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Old Dominion University, as well as an Associate of Science in Education from Tidewater Community College.
