Chelsea Bailey

Chelsea Bailey is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise sales and client partnership roles. Currently serving as a Client Partner in Enterprise Sales at T-Mobile since October 2025, Chelsea previously excelled as an Application Sales Manager at Calix, achieving 151% of quota and earning a place in the President’s Club in 2024. Prior to Calix, Chelsea was a Senior Regional Sales Manager at Routeware, driving over 100% year-over-year territory growth and significantly increasing annual revenue during a five-year tenure. Chelsea has also held various sales positions at Revel Systems, garnering recognition as "Face of Revel" in 2016 and "Rookie of the Year" in 2015. Earlier career experiences include multiple sales roles with the Phoenix Suns. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Sports Business and a minor in Communication Studies, from the University of Oregon.
