Dave Wetzel

Dave Wetzel has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and end user experience management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of End User Experience at T-Mobile since 2021, Wetzel oversees a team dedicated to enhancing solutions for end users. Previously, Wetzel managed the End User Compute team and was responsible for the Windows environment and automation processes. Wetzel's earlier roles at T-Mobile included Information Technology Manager and Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing IT operations, implementing backup/recovery systems, and leading staff across multiple locations. Prior experience includes positions at C3i Care Inc and UPS, focusing on technical support and customer service. Wetzel holds certifications in managing people and data center support from American Management and Chubb Institute, respectively.
