David Charles

David Charles is an experienced legal professional with over two decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile since August 2010, David has held various senior positions within the company, including Senior Director and Director of Legal Affairs. Prior to this role, David was Managing Attorney and Senior Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile USA, Inc. from May 2001 to August 2010, where responsibilities included counseling and managing a legal team. David specializes in telecommunications law, wireless telecommunications law, contract law, regulatory law, and government affairs and is an alumnus of Santa Clara University School of Law and Santa Clara University.
