Heather Laughlin Glossup

Heather Laughlin Glossup, MBA, serves as the Environmental Health, Safety, and Fleet Manager at T-Mobile since August 2025, having previously held a similar role at UScellular from February 2014 to August 2025. At UScellular, Heather advanced through various positions, including Senior Enterprise Service Delivery Engineer, where responsibilities included project coordination and customer relationship management. A career rooted in engineering and safety management includes early roles as an Integration Engineer and Program Coordinator at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. Heather holds an MBA from Carson-Newman University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health at Murray State University, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
