Heather Parrot

Heather Parrot currently serves as the Senior Director of Executive Recruitment at T-Mobile, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Heather was with Square from September 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included heading both engineering and executive recruiting. From January 2021 to September 2022, Heather was the Director of Executive Recruiting at Slack, contributing to the establishment and scaling of the executive recruiting function. At Rockwell Automation, Heather served as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting from February 2018 to January 2021, leading the global executive recruiting team and modernizing the talent acquisition function. Previously, Heather was at Microsoft from February 2015 to April 2018, initially as a Senior Executive Recruiter and later as Director of Executive Recruiting, focusing on hiring leaders across key engineering and product lines. Heather earned a BA in Psychology from Western Washington University.
