Jen Jinxin Huang

Jen Jinxin Huang is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate governance, securities, and strategic transactions. Currently serving as Managing Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile since June 2016, Jen has held various roles within the company, including Principal Corporate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to T-Mobile, Jen worked as an Associate at Fenwick & West LLP from June 2011 to May 2016 and at DLA Piper LLP (US) from September 2007 to May 2011. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and International Studies from Foreign Affairs College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
