Joe Philon is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Philon founded Jamanji By Joe in July 2017, a personal clothing line developed from a hobby. Prior to this, Philon co-founded 10/40 Promotions and Millennium Mentors Of Tampa Bay, which assists performance-based students in transitioning to professional life and promotes commerce, education, and philanthropy in the Tampa Bay Area. Philon also holds a volunteer position as a youth basketball coach at The Skills Center since March 2014. In the corporate sector, Philon excelled at T-Mobile from 2008 to 2017, advancing from a Financial Care Manager to a Senior Manager in Customer Support Operations, where leadership, operational excellence, and team management were key responsibilities. Philon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Saint Leo University between 1996 and 1999.
