Joe Thompson

Joe Thompson has extensive experience in the telecommunications and urban planning sectors, currently serving as the Development and Government Advocacy Manager at T-Mobile USA since September 2005. In this role, Joe oversees project management for wireless telecommunications facilities, coordinating various aspects including government affairs, site acquisition, and regulatory compliance. Prior to T-Mobile, Joe worked as a Zoning Manager at Delta Groups Engineering, managing land use processes for wireless deployments, and held positions as a Project Manager/Senior Land Use Planner at Somera Communications and as a City Planner for the City of Huntington Beach. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and furthered education at California State University, Fullerton.
