Raymond Wesling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer success. Currently serving as Senior Manager at T-Mobile since March 2024, Raymond focuses on hiring, training, coaching, and developing talent. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager at EagleView from August 2023 to March 2024, and as an Indirect Sales Manager at T-Mobile from February 2007 to March 2023, Raymond drove company initiatives across multiple accounts while ensuring brand standards and compliance. Raymond also has a history of success in retail management roles within T-Mobile, winning multiple awards including the Winner's Circle and How We Play awards, and has experience as a Military Veteran in the United States Marine Corps. Raymond earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Duquesne University.
