Prior experience includes roles such as CNSL Amphibious Type Desk Manager for the US Navy, overseeing Atlantic Fleet Amphibious Surface ship maintenance with a budget of over $900M. As Chief Engineer aboard the USS Makin Island, Howard led a team of over 180 personnel, ensuring operational readiness and safety of the engineering plant. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from Trident University International and a Bachelor's degree from Limestone College, Howard has developed expertise in maintenance, training, and operational leadership throughout a distinguished naval career spanning over three decades.
