Claudia Scheil Forgas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Claudia began their career at Philips do Brasil as a Secretary in 1989 before transitioning to Mercedes-Benz do Brasil Ltda., where they worked as an Executive Assistance from 1991 to 1995. Claudia then joined debis-humaitá IT Services Latin America in 1995 as a Consultant, focusing on the analysis and optimization of industrial or business processes, selection of IT solutions for clients, and utilizing the ARIS Toolset program for documentation and process analysis. Claudia later moved to Debis-Humaitá IT Services Latin America (acquired by Deutsche Telekom) as a Sales Support Analyst from 1999 to 2001.

In 2002, Claudia joined T-Systems do Brasil and held various roles throughout their tenure. Claudia initially served as the Head of Marketing & Communications, reporting directly to the CEO since 2004. In this role, Claudia was responsible for supporting the strategic plan, developing and implementing the Corporate Marketing and Communications Plan aligned with T-Systems Strategy, measuring marketing results, strengthening relationships with market analysts and the press, conducting market analysis, managing third parties, and overseeing inside sales.

Since 2019, Claudia has been working as a Professional & Personal Coach and Mentor, providing coaching and mentoring services.

Most recently, in 2021, Claudia briefly held the position of Head Of Sales Support at T-Systems do Brasil.

Claudia Scheil Forgas has a diverse education history. Claudia earned a Graduation degree in Language and Literature from Unibero - Universidade Ibero-Americana in 1991-1993. Claudia further pursued a post-graduation degree in Business Administration and Foreign Trade from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM in 1994-1995. In 2007, Claudia completed a Mini MBA in Leadership from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Claudia also holds an MBA degree in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2009-2011. Claudia continued their professional development with various certifications, such as Business & Executive Coaching and Professional & Self Coaching from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Additionally, they completed the Digital Acceleration Program - Innovation from FIAP in 2018-2019. Recently, Claudia engaged in specific training programs like "Treinamento de Lideres Transformadores" from Lee Hecht Harrison in 2020. Claudia also obtained certifications in Value Selling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. (2023), "Liderança Open - imersão síncrona comportamental para a formação de times autogeridos" from Open Leaders (2022), "Programa de Formação de Mentoras" from Mulheres no Comando (2022), and Branding and Customer Experience from IE Business School (2021).
