Bob Upton

Bob Upton has extensive work experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and business development. Bob started their career in 1977 at Shambaugh & Son LP as a Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. Bob then worked at Sam P. Wallace Company as an Assistant Project Manager before joining Hall Contracting Corporation as an Onsite Project Manager. Bob Upton moved on to Lincoln Property Company where they served as Vice President and Regional Construction Manager in the Multifamily Division. Bob then joined R.C. Mathews Contractor as a Project Manager before taking on the role of Vice President and Regional Construction Manager at Arlington Development/Beaver Construction Company. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development at T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for developing new business, strategic partnerships, sales planning and execution, and leading the business development and sales staff.

Bob Upton attended Murray State University from 1971 to 1977, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology.
