Brian Criswell

Brian Criswell is currently serving as the Talent and Training Manager at T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, as a Workforce Development and Training Specialist at Tritium from April 2022 to June 2023, Brian successfully onboarded over 500 employees and designed the DOJO training program for production staff. Brian's prior experience includes roles as the Integrated Education & Training and Career Pathways Coordinator at Workforce Essentials, Inc., and as an Adjunct Faculty member at TCAT Murfreesboro, where curriculum development and adult education were central to responsibilities. Additionally, Brian worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Instructor at the Tennessee Rehabilitation Center and held various positions at Nissan North America for nearly seven years, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University.
