Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos Gonzalez is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in alternative delivery methods in infrastructure project management. Currently serving as the Alternative Delivery Methods Group Leader and Vice President at TYLin since February 2023, Carlos has previously held significant roles as Vice President of Engineering Services at Ferrovial Agroman US Corp. from November 2007 to April 2023, where responsibilities included selecting external design consultants and negotiating design agreements for complex highway projects. Earlier in the career, Carlos gained valuable experience as a Design Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from February 2001 to November 2007. Carlos holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
