Eunji Cho

Eunji Cho is currently serving as Global Claims and Litigation Counsel at TYLin since December 2022, previously holding the position of Associate Corporate Counsel. With a robust background in civil litigation, Eunji has specialized in construction and professional liability, representing design professionals across various law firms including Collins + Collins LLP and Severson & Werson. Experience encompasses managing comprehensive litigation processes, including strategy development, negotiations, and trial preparation. An extensive legal career began with roles in mortgage and real estate litigation, and foundational experiences include an externship at the San Francisco Superior Court and work in legal advocacy with the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti. With a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, Eunji possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by diverse professional experiences in both legal and scientific domains.
