Jan Flesher

Jan Flesher, PMP, has a diverse work experience that spans various industries, including engineering, marketing, and project management. Jan currently holds the position of Director - Global Marketing Systems at T.Y. Lin International, where they are responsible for strategic marketing platforms and integrating business strategies across different departments. Prior to this, Jan founded their own successful business, Flesher Marketing Infrastructures, which focused on integrating business and marketing strategies for professional service firms. Jan has also held positions at companies such as Cosential, where they served as Director of Client Advocacy and worked on CRM/Proposal Automation implementations for top construction and engineering clients. Jan's work has involved consulting on business strategy, process management, and resource allocation for various clients. Throughout their career, they have been involved in industry organizations such as the Society for Marketing Professional Services and NAIOP Seattle.

Jan Flesher, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing/Journalism from Missouri State University, which was obtained from 1983 to 1987. Jan also pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at Colorado State University from 1989 to 1990 and at Webster University in 1995. However, no degree was obtained in either of these programs. In terms of certifications, Jan obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018. Additionally, Jan obtained a certification in Dashboard in a Day - Power BI from Pragmatic Works in 2022.
