Mohammed Syed

Mohammed Syed is currently a Senior Construction Engineer at TYLin, working on the NYCT Systems Upgrades Project, which involves the design and replacement of escalators at subway stations using advanced technology. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer and Senior Field Engineer at MCSS, where responsibilities included managing contract modifications, overseeing site issues, and coordinating project activities on the East Side Access project. Mohammed also contributed as a Senior Field Service Representative on the Sandy Resiliency and Rehabilitation Project and held multiple project engineering and management positions at various companies, including JCMS Inc and Bendheim Wall Systems. Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University.
