Ramani Sundaram has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ramani is currently serving as the Director, Project Controls - Cost Estimating at T.Y. Lin International since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Estimator at JCMS Inc from September 2020 to July 2022 and as a Senior Estimator at STV Group, Incorporated from November 2019 to September 2020. Ramani also held the position of Senior Consultant at MBE Firm from April 2019 to October 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior Cost Planner at Lendlease from November 2018 to March 2019. Ramani served as a Lead Consultant / Associate at Currie & Brown from August 2017 to August 2018, and as a Lead Cost Manager at Faithful+Gould from January 2007 to July 2017. Additionally, they gained project management experience as a Project Manager in various companies from July 1984 to August 1999.

Ramani Sundaram holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from PSG College of Technology. In addition, Ramani has obtained the following certifications: MRICS (Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors) in December 2009, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2003, and Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International in August 2003.
