Sharon Liu Lumbreras

Sharon Liu Lumbreras, PE, CFM, QSD/P, ENV SP, is a Senior Drainage Engineer at T.Y. Lin International, specializing in drainage and green infrastructure improvements for a variety of projects across Southern California. With a robust background in hydraulic and drainage design, Sharon has contributed significantly to storm water quality systems in previous roles, including Water Resources Project Manager at Rick Engineering Company and various engineering positions at Dokken Engineering. In addition to technical expertise, Sharon holds leadership roles as a Director with the APWA San Diego Chapter and as a former Vice President of the San Diego County Engineering Council. Sharon's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
