Kirill Bulgakov

Kirill Bulgakov currently serves as the CEO of T1 Консалтинг, a position held since January 2010, where responsibilities include general management and maintaining relationships with key customer executives to support the company’s intensive growth. Prior to this role, Kirill Bulgakov was CEO and Managing Director at Sputnik Labs from May 2001 to January 2010, and held the position of Sales Support System Manager at Comstar Telecommunications from November 1997 to May 2001. Kirill Bulgakov holds an EMBA from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, completed between 2015 and 2017, and has also participated in a program at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2012. Kirill Bulgakov earned a degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1990 to 1995.
