Michael Holland

Michael Holland has extensive legal experience in the energy and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Legal at T1 Energy Inc. since September 2025, Michael has held prominent roles including Director, Senior Counsel at Recurrent Energy and Consultant and Advisor at Ennuity Holdings, Inc. from 2020 to 2025. Prior to these positions, Michael was Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at SunPower Corporation, where responsibilities expanded over seven years and included various counsel roles. Additionally, Michael served as Vice President and General Counsel at Powerfin Partners, LLC, and held a research position at the University of Texas at Austin. Michael's career began at Vinson and Elkins as an Associate. Michael earned a JD from Yale Law School and a B.A. magna cum laude in Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin.
