Dmitry Kulikov

Dmitry Kulikov is a seasoned professional in business development and telecommunications with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Business Development Director at Техносерв since February 2010, Dmitry has held multiple roles including Sales Manager for the Rostelecom Division and Head of Business Development group, focusing on business development, presales, and partner relationships. Prior to Техносерв, Dmitry worked at TopS BI from August 2001 to January 2010, leading the Telecommunication Department and successfully managing over 50 IT project deployments. Dmitry began their career as a Lead Engineer at Tele-Service, providing technical support and installation of telecom equipment. Dmitry earned a Master Degree in Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University between 1995 and 2001.
