Coleen McDonough

Coleen McDonough is the current Director of Human Resources at T1D Exchange. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at BNP Paribas Asset Management from April 2019 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for partnering with HR team members in New York and providing HR guidance to employees located in Boston and New York offices. Coleen also generated all HR related reporting for Finance, and other US and European internal clients. Additionally, they assisted in the implementation of the global Asset Management HR Portal, managed all monthly HR newsletter communications to all North American staff, and coordinated and managed document retention/organization under Personal Data Protection plan, including building out internal AM NA SharePoint site to replace shared drive.

Coleen has also coached managers on employee relation issues and offered guidance, supported employees at all levels with benefit, payroll, policy, and performance inquires, prepared semi-monthly payroll for all US Asset Management employees, and organized onsite employee meetings and wellness activities. Coleen has experience working closely with Centers of Excellence located in London and Paris.

Coleen McDonough has a BA in I/O Psychology from Albertus Magnus College and is certified as a compensation analyst from the Compensation Analyst Academy. Coleen also has experience in college prep from Daniel Hand High School.

They are on a team with Wendy Wolf - VP, Registry & Research, Brandon Maake - Controller, and Kellee Miller - Senior Director of Research Services & Business Development. Their manager is David Walton, CEO.
