Blair Rubio's work experience begins in 2002 at Zaidee Coco, LLC, where they worked as Manager, Buyer, and Merchandiser. They were responsible for managing inventory, pricing and merchandising strategies, and overseeing shipping and order fulfillment. From 2007 to 2010, Blair worked as an Account Manager at Iron Creative Communication, an advertising agency specializing in design and branding. They worked with clients such as The North Face and Levi's. In 2011, Blair interned as a Market Research Intern at Standard & Poor's. In 2012, they co-founded RidePost, an online marketplace for ridesharing. Blair then pursued an International MBA from 2010 to 2012 at The Moore School of Business. In 2013, Blair joined T1V, Inc. as a Marketing and Communications Manager, later becoming the Director of Marketing and currently serving as the VP of Marketing. T1V is a visual collaboration company providing collaboration software for enterprise and education markets.

Blair Rubio's education history is as follows:

Blair Rubio attended James Madison High School from 1999 to 2003. They then enrolled in Denison University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, Spanish, and Economics. In 2004, Blair also studied at Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano, focusing on Spanish, Literature, History, Politics, and Cinema.

In 2006, they participated in a program at IES Argentina - The Institute for International Education of Students, where they studied Spanish, Latin American Literature, History, Culture, and Cinema. Blair then pursued a Master of International Business Administration (IMBA) degree at the Darla Moore School of Business from 2010 to 2012, specializing in International Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.

Additionally, in 2011, Blair attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a short duration to study International Business and Portuguese.
