Kelley Morgan is the Vice President of Human Resources at T2 Biosystems. Kelley has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has held positions at various companies including T2 Biosystems, Sarepta Therapeutics, Synageva BioPharma Corp., Aspect Medical Systems, Inc., Rocket Software, Inc., and Plaut Consulting, Inc.

Kelley started their career in 1996 as the Director of Human Resources at Plaut Consulting, Inc. Kelley then moved to Rocket Software, Inc. in 2003 and held the position of Director of Human Resources for 3 years. In 2006, Kelley became the Senior Director of Human Resources at Aspect Medical Systems, Inc. and held that position for 4 years. After a brief stint at Synageva BioPharma Corp. from 2011 to 2012 as the Director of Corporate Relations, Kelley became the Senior HR Business Partner at Sarepta Therapeutics in 2013. Kelley held that position for 1 year before moving back to T2 Biosystems in 2014, where they have been ever since.

Kelley has been instrumental in helping T2 Biosystems grow from a small startup to a publicly traded company. Under their leadership, the Human Resources department has increased in size and scope to meet the needs of a rapidly growing company. Kelley is a strategic thinker and an expert in all things HR. Kelley is passionate about their work and takes great pride in helping T2 Biosystems attract and retain top talent.

They work with Michael Gibbs - Vice President and General Counsel, Sandy J. Estrada - Vice President, Medical Affairs, and Alec Barclay - Senior Vice President, Operations. Their manager is John Sperzel, President and Chief Executive Officer.
