Joseph Silverbears

Joseph Silverbears has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. In 2007, they were a Summer Intern at SonicWall where they gathered and documented requirements from 3 different dev teams for their new Intranet, reduced final implementation time of the new Intranet by 2 months, and implemented upgrades in their website for redirects, language translation, and efficiency. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Freelance Software Engineer where they implemented 5 different sites using Cake PHP from scratch, ensured full compliance of IE8 functionality with the current client with no negative impacts to the site, and decreased the site load time of all pages on a client’s site from 60s to 500ms through streamlining the MySQL database structure. In 2010, they joined Conversica as a Senior Quality Operations Architect where they coordinated centralization and standardization of all logs and over 100 alerts across all development and customer service teams, detected 2 P0s (full system outages) 1 month before they occurred, and implemented intrusion detection on all client facing web applications. Joseph then became an AI Team Manager where they planned, roadmapped and delivered core functionality in an Agile environment while keeping to deadlines and coordinating between stakeholders and development teams, lead a team of 3-4 developers in creating a centralized AI platform that easily handled 16,000+ messages per day over 750+ clients in multiple industries, and coordinated 2 massive campaign packages increasing overall sales opportunities and helped grow the company from 150+ clients to 800+ clients. In 2020, they joined T2 Modus, LLC as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer where they work on their Transactional Triage™ approach (T2) to optimize people, processes & activities in an uniquely systematic, urgent & intelligent way during every guest encounter, from every lead-source, raising productivity, revenue & staff potential to new heights.

Joseph Silverbears obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hanover College. Joseph then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Colorado State University between 2008 and 2010.
