Jeremy Powell

Jeremy Powell is an experienced Business Analyst at T2 Systems, a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, Jeremy served at Interactive Intelligence from August 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of project leads as Implementation Delivery Manager, overseeing the deployment of the Interaction Center platform. Jeremy also held positions as Implementation Team Lead and Senior Field Engineer, focusing on customer engagement and technical project leadership. Educationally, Jeremy holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Ball State University.
