In addition, Blaine holds the position of Co Chair at the Utility Engineering and Surveying Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers, promoting networking and technical development in the utility and pipeline engineering sectors. Previously, Blaine gained extensive experience as a Project Manager at AECOM and held senior engineering roles at General Motors and Chrysler, focusing on manufacturing and project management. Blaine began the engineering career as a Project Engineer at Totten Sims Hubicki Associates after earning a B. Eng. in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics from McGill University.
