Franklin Hudgins has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Branch Manager at T2 Utility Engineers since February 2014, following the company's demerger from Cardno. Prior to this role, Franklin held the position of Director at Cardno, overseeing subsurface utility engineering services across several states.
