Rabah Atrouche

Rabah Atrouche is an experienced Subsurface Utility Engineer II currently employed at T2 Utility Engineers since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rabah worked as a utility locator at Stake Center Locating from March 2021 to August 2023 and as a survey field technician II at Bowman Consulting from July 2020 to February 2021. Experience includes GIS mapping and utility locating at Reconn Utility Services from January 2019 to April 2020, utility locating at Heath Consultants Incorporated from July 2017 to July 2018, and utility locating at USIC from October 2016 to May 2017. Rabah also worked as a utilities locator at AZTEC Engineering Group, Inc. in mid-2016 and gained foundational experience as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at the National Institute of Maps and Remote Sensing from October 2010 to July 2013, as well as in land surveying at Hamza Associates and the Maritime Engineering Laboratory in 2008. Rabah holds an Associate’s Degree in land surveying, with a focus on topographic survey, from a vocational school in Algeria (2002-2004).
