Joong Kim

Joong Kim started their work experience in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant at Freed Sales until 2014. In 2013, they became a Graduate Assistant at Barry University for two years. Then, in 2016, they joined the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a Conference Coordinator until 2020, when they were promoted to Conference Specialist until 2022. Currently, Joong Kim is working as an Account Manager at T3 Expo starting in 2022.

Joong Kim began their education journey in 2008 when they attended St. Petersburg College. Joong pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. After completing their associate degree in 2009, Joong furthered their education at Barry University. From 2010 to 2013, they earned their Bachelor's degree in International Business. Taking their academic pursuits even further, Joong pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Barry University from 2013 to 2015. Their MBA specialized in Health Services Administration and Marketing.
