CSO at T3 Expo

Nate Derby has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Nate began their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 1992 and served as a Customer Advocate. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining acknowledgment programs and guest retention policies. Nate ensured departments performed at high levels in order to deliver a unique and memorable stay.

In 1998, Nate left The Ritz-Carlton to join Champion Exposition Services as Vice President, Corporate Events. In this role, they were responsible for overall booking goals and sales revenues. Nate implemented strategy and focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that contributed to the achievement of the company's financial objectives. Nate developed strong working relationships with sales and account teams to proactively market and service Champion customers. Nate continually exceeded the needs and expectations of customers and maintained a very high return on investment to Champion ownership.

In 2009, Nate left Champion to join T3 Expo as CSO. In this role, they are responsible for the overall success of the company. Nate works with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and with the operations team to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for all clients. Nate is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring that all clients have a positive experience with T3 Expo.

Nate Derby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Media Arts from the University of Arizona.

They are on a team with and Chris Young - Engineer. Nate Derby reports to Chris Valentine, CEO.
