Prem Luthra

Prem Luthra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Prem is currently employed as the SVP of Mergers and Acquisitions at T3 Sixty since February 2023. Previously, they served as the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Elm Street Technology from September 2016 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Xome/Solutionstar from June 2014 to August 2015. Furthermore, Prem Luthra founded and served as the CEO of Cerulean Media Holding Company, LLC from July 2013 to June 2014. Prem was also a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Real Estate Digital from September 2011 to July 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Chief Strategy and Sales Officer at LPS Real Estate Group from 2007 to September 2011. Before that, Prem Luthra worked as the Chief Revenue Officer at Cyberhomes LLC, contributing to the growth and positioning of the company as a leading real estate destination from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they served in various roles, including SVP of Consumer Media and SVP, at Move, Inc. from June 2000 to November 2007. Lastly, Prem Luthra gained valuable experience as the VP/GM at RealNet Learning from February 1995 to June 2000.
