Joseph Padgett possesses extensive experience in training management, currently serving as the Training Manager at T3i, Inc. since September 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Prevailance, Inc., including SQD 2 Leader, Senior Training Instructor, and Stand-Eval, where responsibilities included working with the NSW SERE program from March 2014 to September 2020. Previously, Joseph was a Senior Instructor at SSI from 2006 until December 2011 and served as a SERE Instructor in the United States Air Force from December 2003 to November 2006. Joseph holds a degree in Criminology, Criminalistics and Criminal Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned between 2008 and 2011.
