Tom Deschane

Tom DeSchane brings extensive experience in military and management roles, focusing on leadership development and operational excellence. Currently serving as a US Air Force Special Operations Candidate Developer at T3i, Inc. since October 2016, Tom provides expertise and guidance to candidates in Air Force Special Warfare operations. Previous roles include Project & Management Senior Consultant at NTT DATA Americas and Senior Advisor/Chief Enlisted Manager for the 123d Special Tactics Squadron in the Kentucky Air National Guard. Tom's military career also includes significant contributions as Operations Superintendent and Team Chief, where performance enhancement and mission readiness were primary focuses. An educated professional, Tom holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Louisville and an Associate Degree in Air Traffic Operations and Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
