Ramon Medero Concepcion PfMP®, PgMP®, PMP®

Ramon Medero Concepcion PfMP®, PgMP®, PMP® has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2010 to 2017, they worked for the US Marine Corps in various positions, including Operations, Training, and Personnel Manager, Network Systems Supervisor, Video Telecon Manager, System Planning Engineering Assistant Manager, Commanding General's Enlisted Extended Staff, and Video Teleconference (VTC) Manager, as well as Radio Supervisor and Training Chief/Officer at 3d Marine Division, Communications Company, and All Source Intellgence Analyst, Radio Sup./ Maintenance at Fox Battery, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines. In 2017, they joined Amazon as an Area Operations Manager. In 2018, they worked for LION as a Unit Issue Facility (UIF) Warehouse Associate and for Web Business Solutions, Inc. as a CACCTUS Simulation Lead/ Naval Warfare Instructor Controller/ Information Technology Technician. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Project Manager | Deputy Site Lead at T3W Business Solutions, Inc., where they direct comprehensive program and project management operations in conjunction with assigned Project Management Office, leading stakeholder engagement, developing technical requirements, designing project level schedules, resolving issues, and tracking progress for a variety of projects. Ramon routinely monitors progress of OKICON program benefits, including preparation and review of program artifacts in coordination with external agencies and foreign governments. Ramon has effectively partnered with Government of Japan (GoJ), US Forces Japan (USFJ), US Army Corps of Engineers Okinawa Area Office (OAO), US Marine Corps (USMC), and other key members of the steering committee.

Ramon Medero Concepcion has a diverse education history. Ramon has a High School Diploma from the American Military Academy, obtained in 2007. Ramon then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez in 2010. In 2017, they earned a Master of Science in Information Technology and Project Management from the University of Maryland. Ramon is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Project Management from Northcentral University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Ramon Medero Concepcion has obtained a number of certifications. These include a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2022, a Contracting Officer's Representative (FAC-COR) from the Defense Acquisition University in 2021, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Aveta Business Institute in 2021, a Security + from CompTIA in 2015, a Network + from CompTIA in 2015, an A+ from CompTIA in 2015, an Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle Operator Raven B from Raytheon in 2012, a Program Management Professional (PgMP®) from the Project Management Institute in 2022, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute in 2021, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in 2021, and a United States Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor from the US Marine Corps in 2012.
