Frank Lyles

Frank Lyles is the current Chief Business Officer at T5 Data Centers. Prior to their work at T5, Frank was a Senior Vice President at The Staubach Company from January 1991 to March 2008. While at The Staubach Company, Frank was a leader of the National Data and Contact Center Practice, a Top Gun recipient, an 8-time recipient of The Staubach Company's Top Achiever Award, and one of Atlanta's 2007 Top Ten Brokers. Frank's experience at The Staubach Company includes complex build-to-suits, sale-lease-backs, lease negotiations, site selection, labor analysis, and incentives negotiations for data centers and contact centers across North America.

Before their work at The Staubach Company, Frank was an Associate Broker at The Signet Corporation from October 1986 to October 1990 where they represented companies in lease negotiations for office space in the Atlanta market.

Frank Lyles received their MBA in real estate finance from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and their B.S. in industrial management/finance from Clemson University.

They work with Craig Mckesson - Chief Customer Officer, Jimmy Bailey - Chief Development Officer, and Jason Chartrand - EVP, National Business Development. Their manager is Pete Marin, President, Chief Executive Officer.
