Mr. Yii is the General Manager – Corporate Relations overseeing corporate relations and stakeholder engagement for the Group. He joined the Group in May 2004 as Personal Assistant to CEO where he gained significant experience in both the timber and oil palm industries in Malaysia, with more emphasis on the latter through his experience as General Manager of several oil palm estates in the Group too. Prior to joining Ta Ann, he was Senior Manager and later Deputy General Director in Russia for a Malaysian group with logging as its core business. Mr. Yii holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wichita State University, US where he graduated cum laude in 1995. Upon obtaining his degree, he furthered his studies and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Central Oklahama, US.
