Rahul Mehta

Rahul Mehta serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Ta Chen International Inc. since May 2019, focusing on leading finance and corporate strategy while executing growth initiatives for the company, a prominent master distributor of stainless, aluminum, and nickel alloy products. Prior to this role, Rahul Mehta held positions at Arconic from 2017 to 2019, leading M&A initiatives in multiple industries, and at Rex Pivotal Ventures, LLC from 2016 to 2017, advising private equity and venture capital firms. Rahul Mehta gained significant experience at Barclays Investment Bank from 2011 to 2016 as Director of M&A, and previously as Vice President of M&A when it was part of Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2011. Earlier roles include management at Ernst & Young and advisory positions at Arthur Andersen & Co., with foundational experience in auditing at VS Aiyar & Co. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, certification as a Chartered Accountant, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College.
