King Bautista

King Bautista is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in RFP management and customer service across multiple industries. Currently serving as RFP Sourcing Manager for TA Connections since April 2023, King is responsible for airline crew accommodation in the APAC and EMEA regions. Previously, King held roles at MODIV, where responsibilities included supervising a team of RFP Specialists and collaborating with HR on employee engagement and performance. King also has a solid background in financial advising at Manulife Philippines, project management at IBM, and customer support roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where various achievements include leading teams, managing communications, and optimizing customer satisfaction processes. King Bautista holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of the East.
