Thomas Munley

Tom has more than 25 years of consulting experience, leading a wide variety of client engagements and practices that range from ERP to CX to information security to management consulting.

Regardless of the technology involved, he believes that by starting with an understanding of a client's business and their objectives, you can ask the right questions that drive the right strategy and solution for success.

As the CDO, Tom is focused on scaling the people and processes needed to deliver exceptional results for their clients. He’s passionate about enabling the teams he works with to deliver that success and to grow their skills as individuals.

Tom received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Michigan State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their three girls and two dogs at their home in Dallas. When he's not at one of his daughter's sporting events on the weekends, Tom can be found swimming, running, reading a good history book, catching some live music with his wife, or developing his brisket-smoking skills.
