Karl Klein is an experienced corporate transactional attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions, currently serving as a partner at TA PLLC and the Klein Law Firm, P.L. Klein has been a member of The Florida Bar's Board of Governors since July 2019, representing Miami-Dade County and participating in various committees, including the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence Tools & Resources and the Technology Committee. Klein is also the founding chair of the Mental Health & Wellness of Florida Lawyers Committee, having held the chair position for multiple terms. Past experience includes serving as General Counsel for Grass Roots America and as an associate attorney at White & Case LLP. Klein holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Florida, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focused on Finance and Insurance and postgraduate studies in Economics. Additionally, Klein has contributed significantly to the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens as a board member and fundraiser chair.
