Anubhab Saha (CHRMP) has a diverse work experience spanning various HR and recruitment roles. Currently, they are serving as the Lead - HR/Talent Acquisition (Engineering) at TAAL Tech since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Recruiter/Team Lead (Engineering) at KAYGEN, Inc. from April 2021 to May 2022. Anubhab also served as a Sr. Recruitment Specialist (Talent Acquisitions - Non-IT & Engineering) at IDC Technologies, Inc. from March 2019 to April 2021. Before IDC Technologies, they worked at DBSI Services as a Human Resources Operations Specialist - Acting HRBP and a Sr. Recruitment Specialist - Acting Accounts Manager (Non-IT & Engineering) from July 2014 to January 2019. Anubhab gained experience as a Sr. Recruiter at Ubique Systems from June 2017 to March 2018. Furthermore, Anubhab held the position of Project Coordinator at Indware Technologies from May 2013 to April 2014 and worked as an Asst. V&A Trainer and Recruiter at EICS Pvt. Ltd. from September 2012 to April 2013. Anubhab began their career as a Customer Care Executive at Wipro in August 2011 and worked there until December 2011. Additionally, they had a role as a Telecaller at Limtex Infotech Ltd from July 2010 to March 2011.

From 2019 to 2020, they obtained a certification as a CHRMP - Certified Human Resource Management Professional from Pearson Vue - Ripples Learning, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.

Between 2004 and 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.

And from 1998 to 2004, they completed their Higher Secondary education, focusing on Science, at Udaipur English Medium H.S School.
