Becky Ricaurte

Becky Ricaurte is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at TabaPay since October 2024, Becky previously held roles at Arta Finance as a Technical Recruiter and Technical Sourcer from December 2022 to August 2024, and at Google as a UX Sourcer from November 2021 to December 2022. Prior to these positions, Becky accumulated valuable experience at Crystal Equation Corporation, progressing through roles as Technical Recruiter I, II, and III from January 2020 to November 2021, where management of full life-cycle recruiting for various technical positions was a key responsibility. Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Skyline Community College.
