Abed Fahim

Abed Fahim has extensive experience in HR and administrative roles. Abed started their career in 2009 as a Personal Assistant to the Vice President at Makkah Clock Royal Tower, where they played an instrumental role in the hotel's soft opening and managed financial and banking issues. Abed later became the Office Manager to the Vice President and Managing Director, providing administrative support and overseeing the implementation of hotel policies.

In 2013, Abed joined Arkinvests Company as an HR and Operation Director, where they developed corporate policies and procedures, managed salary administration and benefit programs, and supervised the employment services department.

In 2018, they moved on to Capital Company as an HR and Admin Director, where they worked until 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR department, including employee on-boarding, benefits administration, and personnel record-keeping.

Currently, Abed Fahim is working as an HR and Admin Director at Tabarak for Engineering and Construction. Abed'sresponsibilities include managing the HR department, implementing processes and management methods to ensure expected performance outcomes, and overseeing project completion and reporting. Abed also briefly worked as an HR and Admin Consultant at Tabarak for Engineering and Construction in 2021.

Abed Fahim attended Victory College School in Alexandria from 1982 to 1994. Abed then went on to study at the University of Alexandria from 1995 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Law.
