Paula Dias has held various positions in customer service and support roles, starting from their time at McDonald's as a Customer Success Specialist. Paula later progressed to roles such as Accounts Payable Specialist and Customer Service Representative. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, Paula continued to advance their career into analytical roles involving customer experience and landlord relationship analysis.
