Imran Ali

Imran Ali has extensive experience in data management for research projects in the field of public health. Imran started their career as a Research Officer at Tabba Heart Institute in 2011, where they were responsible for data management of research projects in the Cardiac Surgery Department. Imran then worked as a Data Management Consultant at Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, providing consultancy for data management in public health research projects.

Imran joined Aga Khan University Hospital in 2003 as a Data Management Supervisor. In this role, they worked on multiple research projects in collaboration with international organizations such as WHO, Save the Children, Bill and Melinda Gates, Boston University School of Public Health, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Their responsibilities included managing data, designing databases, and ensuring data quality assurance. Imran also served as a Data Coordinator, responsible for the overall activities of the Data Management Unit.

Throughout their career, Imran has gained extensive experience in data management for various research projects in the field of public health, demonstrating their expertise and dedication in this area.

Imran Ali's education history starts in 2005 when they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Sindh. In 2006, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems from the same university. Additionally, in 2006, they obtained three certificates from Aga Khan University in various fields: Fundamentals of Biostatistics, Business English Course, and Multiple Linear Regression (Bio-statistics). In 2007, they earned another certificate from Aga Khan University, this time in Multiple Linear Regression (Bio-statistics). Finally, in 2013, they attended Tabba Heart Institute in Karachi, Pakistan, to receive a Basic Life Support certification.
